After dismissing several existing property options, REM SYSTEMS approached Aintree to provide a modern, future-proofed property solution. Aintree exceeded their expectations by identifying, purchasing, and selling a turn-key solution.
The site features a high-quality, high-stud warehouse built as a duplex, with the capability of housing two separate business operations segregated by a “speedwall.” The large drive-thru canopy from one street to another ensures 24/7 all-weather operation capability. This idea allows the smaller warehouse to be leased short-term, while reserving expansion capability for REM’s growing business.
The project involved demolishing the current buildings on the site and constructing a 6,680m2 high-quality warehouse and a large 988m2 high-spec office.
