The Aintree Advantage

Lim Bros, after interviewing several building contractors, selected Aintree to build a new facility for them on their land at 606 Oruarangi Rd.  The company wanted their 10m high stud building to be capable of handling both controlled food products, leaving no stone unturned. Aintree delivered on the challenge by constructing a 1000m2 freezer space that can go down to minus 25 degrees, with a ventilated freezer floor that prevents freezing over. The warehouse also spans over 5,091 m2 and features a 1,475 sqm canopy with drive-thru capability, similar to REM Systems Building located two blocks away.

The office design was not overlooked either. Aintree provided a polished concrete and Oak timber office design that adds a touch of class and sophistication to the building, raising the brand image of the business. This design serves to create a positive impression on visitors and clients alike, and enhances the overall aesthetic appeal of the facility.
