The Aintree Advantage
Supplying furniture and home décor New Zealand-wide, Hawthorne required a centrally located warehouse to receive, store and distribute their goods. Drury South being strategically part of the ‘Golden Triangle’ of New Zealand was the ideal place for Hawthorne.
A simple inquiry to Aintree about their wishes for a centrally located new warehouse headquarters, Aintree was able to use our extensive trusted relationships to put Hawthorne in touch with an investor willing to build in Drury.
Aintree then worked with both parties to create an ideal design featuring 500m² of modern office, 5,325m² of open warehouse, showrooms and a drive-around canopy totalling 1,546m² of cover ideal for stock movements.
Design, Engineered and Constructed by Aintree, completed in December 2024.
