The aintree advantage
Looking to expand their auckland facilities, Boundaryline needed a centrally located facility for supplying the Northern region of New Zealand. Having previously being located across the motorway in a small warehouse, Aintree’s new build was a brilliant upgrade for boundaryline.
Aintree’s new build includes 3092sqm of precast warehouse and a drive-thru canopy of 809sqm which provides through access from diversity lane through to Noel Burnside Road. With the offices, Aintree proved their flexibilty by adjusting mid-project to fillful the clients high-spec will. Overall the 342 sqm of offices turned out spectacular.
