The Aintree Advantage
Their brief was for a site with exposure and the wide functionality to handle a large volume of mid and large trucks for sale and service.
The design included a warehouse with drive thru canopy to one side, high spec 2 story offices with a showroom and a 8 bay workshop complete with a gantry and vehicle lifter to lift 60 tonnes. We also managed to include a wash bay which has its own water harvesting ability and in summary, we delivered IVECO a very good looking building exceeding all their expectations
