Office Fitout
In the offices SCS required a personalized fitout, that represented their position as industry leaders. Here Aintree showed our flexibility by working in sync with FocusPlan to deliver a creative modern office fitout. This impressive fitout features multiple meeting rooms, training rooms, kitchen, hydration stations, recording studios and a specialized photography rooms amongst its many features.

The Aintree Advantage
Priding themselves on providing their same day dispatch and delivery, PrimePac required a large efficient warehouse in a central location. Aintree, as promised, delivered with a massive 9000+ sqm warehouse adjacent to a modern 600+ sqm offices. The 2000+sqm all-weather canopy and specific ‘click and collect’ zone, really added a exclamation mark to another future-proof Aintree design.

The Aintree Service
At Aintree we pride ourselves with our transparent, hassle-free construction- process. PrimePac were one of our first customers to benefit from our new client initiative. The site ‘Timelapse’ camera system. This system allows our clients to keep track of their build by viewing a crystal clear 24mp image of their site, allowing the client at any time to zoom and explore progress onsite. Headlined by a custom-built, password-protected website for the client – following your project couldn’t be any easier. As an added bonus we are able to present a complete Timelapse of the clients build after the project is completed.
