Having amalgamated two titles, Aintree designed and construction this high-stud office warehouse as an land & build package for MICO. Constructed by Aintree Group in 2023-24.
Healthy N Fresh – Mangere
Aintree is pleased to construct a 3rd warehouse for Healthy N Fresh. This time a 6500sqm facility with adjoining 550sqm of offices. Construction is scheduled to finish early 2024.
IBS
Secure 2,808 sqm warehouse alongside 2,060sqm of canopies, all designed & engineered around an existing warehouse. Completed by Aintree in 2023.
3 Hautu Drive
Currently Under Construction: 3 Hautu Drive is a compact 1300+sqm warehouse with modern offices build-lease for Licensys. Project set to be completed late 2023.
Boundaryline Fencing
Large full-precast industrial warehouse with adjoining high-spec office and spacious drive-through canopy. Built by Aintree in 2022.
PRIMEPAC
Almost 10,000sqm of custom fabricated warehouse situated on 16000+sqm of prime Auckland land, with a full drive thru canopy, offices and pickup zone. Completed by Aintree in 2022

13.5m stud full precast warehouse, with 25m drive thru breeze way canopy built by Aintree and leased to Belgotex. Completed 2022.
